At Atlassian, I was the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for major strategic initiatives, where I enhanced design quality and effectively managed product-level design debt.

My role at IBM saw me leading client-facing workshops and improving the user experience for the IBM Cloud Paks and Support Insights Platform, ensuring that these solutions met the high standards expected by global clients. At HCSC’s C1 Innovation Lab, I spearheaded the development of cutting-edge products and services, leveraging extensive user research and data analysis to drive innovation.
