AVA'S NOTES
worked on the bulk role thing today. tried a couple versions of the modal because the first one was getting really crowded.
I moved the role selection to a second step which feels cleaner but haven't tested it yet.
showed it to dev and Maya said separating it would also be easier technically because we don't have to load everything at once.
PM likes it but we haven't really decided yet.
Tomorrow I'm going to clean up the prototype and hopefully get it ready for testing.

- Explored multiple approaches for the bulk role assignment modal after the initial concept became crowded.
- Created a two-step direction that separates role selection from the initial bulk-selection interaction.
- Reviewed the approach with Engineering and Product. Engineering noted that separating the steps may also reduce implementation complexity.
Learning / Decisions
- The two-step approach is the current direction, but it has not yet been validated with users or finalized by the team.
Next
- Refine the prototype and prepare the updated flow for usability testing.
